Delivery & returns
DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 2 working days when ordered before 12:00 in the Netherlands.
Orders for delivery outside the Netherlands but within Europe will be shipped within 2-5 days. Orders for delivery outside Europe will be shipped within 3-7 days. Prices are excluding any additional taxes or custom fees for orders outside Europe.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you have still not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify us at info@loesvandelft.com
RETURNS
Our return policy enables you to return the product within 14 days after receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All orginal packing and labelling must be in tact when returning the goods.
When the returned item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Also when the item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery only partial refunds are granted.
When an order is returned, always keep your tracking number and a copy of the receipt, so you have proof of shipment.
When returning goods, please ensure the returns form is enclosed. If return form is not enclosed, please print, fill out and enclose with the goods.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LIABILITY
We are not responsible for any damages directly or indirectly, after delivery by any cause caused to the buyer, to others or to property of third parties.
Also we can not be held responsible for the non-availability at the webshop or for technical or electronic errors on the website.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to your use of the website and our product.
